When I am filing a bankruptcy chapter, Do I have to include everything? Is it possible if I want to keep some debts out of it? Can it be better for my credit score?

No. You have to list all your assets and debts in bankruptcy. That's the law. Don't think about your credit score when you're filing bankruptcy. Your goal should be to get rid of debt fast. You'll get lots of time to improve your credit score later.
