Bankruptcy & opening a bank account

Have you talked to any bank in your area? It might not be easy but at least you will figure out how to negotiate and get a new account. I will see if I find any info. I will let you know.

Try a credit union they might be able to help you that's what I did.

please go to accountNow dot com. They are a online banking checking account, bill pay, atm card, etc. just like a real checking account. On line I set up who needs to be paid, and they send a check to them or I can pay anyone anywhere with my atm card, etc. I have been with these guys for months and am very pleased. No credit check, or chekxsytems was used. I pay less than $10.00 a month for this service. If you need any more info. on this, just pm me.

Have you tried one of the online banks perhaps when you apply for it online they won't do a chexsystem check, however there is a possiblity they could later on. I would also check out the website that luke is talking about accountnow.com.

Also pm goudah as she has a list of non-chex system banks if you are listed with them in your state.
