What is the bankruptcy trustee fee in the no asset case? How much do I need to pay?

It depends from case to case , man to man, and state to state.!! But a no asset trustee fee should not be much....

You have to pay $60. This is the normal trustee fee. The trustee gets paid from the bankruptcy filing fee.

Don't worry the fee will be nominal and will be paid from the bankruptcy filing fee.

If there are no assets in the case and the trustee does not recover any other money through tax refunds, lawsuits, or other actions, there is no further fee paid to the trustee.
