Planning to take out a new loan in California

I have planned to file bankruptcy. I had a meeting with a lawyer. He is pretty good. However, I don’t have the money to pay fee. I’m planning to take out a small personal loan from a credit union in Soledad city of California. Am I making the right decision?

Nope. Not a good idea. Although you will have to include it in your bankrutpcy, if you borrow to close to your bankrutpcy, it will not be discharged. If you cannot afford an attorney, look for a paralegal filing service.
