I am going to be filing chapter 7 and have a question relating to income. I am self-employed and I live with someone who is not a debtor nor a family member, but this person pays the rent and food and utilities, do they have to be included on any of the income forms, especially the means test form, (part 2 sec 8)

Since you merely live with that person, you don't have to disclose anything about them. It would be essentially the same as a landlord-tenant relationship; even though you don't pay any rent, the person you live with is a "landlord" in that they are allowing you to occupy their premises.

The only spot you would fill out is on your Schedule J Expenses (rent), and if you don't pay any then put zero.
