Thank You, I asked because someone told me since you signed a legal agreement, bankruptcy wouldn't be able to but thank you for clearing that up. I have an agreement where I pay the amount I'm paying now for 4 months and after that they will re-negotiate, I'm afraid they will want the whole thing that's why I think I will have to file.
