I have accumulated $25000 debt on credit cards last month. Can bankruptcy help me?

Yes, definitely. It's better you first talk to a financial adviser about this, so that you're aware of the pros and cons and you can also discuss about other options as well.

Dear, bankruptcy should be the last resort. Because it will hurt your credit score majorly. It is better to consider debt consolidation or settlement.

You can go for bankruptcy, but you must ask an expert first. Call an attorney and tell him your situation.
You might also think about a debt management program.

Isn't there any way out which can be good for your credit report and score? You will have to meet the eligibility criteria to file a bankruptcy.

Surely, Bankruptcy is a viable option. But you must see a counselor first. If you can settle your debts yourself, then why will you file a bankruptcy? Your credit report will look bloody!!

Do you have other debts? Try to settle your debts first.
