debt not filed in chapter 7

I filed chapter 7 and was discharged in april 2008. I have a debt that was not included in the Chapter 7 and now being threatened with a garnishment. can I file this under my discharged Chapter 7 now or do I have to pay it?

I'm pretty sure that you can't go back at this point and add it to your Chapter 7. That's why attorneys tell people to be sure and include all of their debts in their BK filing.
I think you are now stuck with the debt. Was there a specific reason that you didn't include it in your BK?
If you had a no asset bankruptcy, then all debts whether listed
If you had a no asset bankruptcy, then all debts whether listed or not on the BK filing are discharged . Refer them to your attorney.
