Ok SO I had to file back in 2001 and when I did was told by the attorney that I had to list everything which I did, So 6 years later When I have them run my credit for a loan to build a new house with my finace, I am told that My house shows included in Bankruptcy and that there is no payment history etc. Making it appear that I gave the house back or something and that having no payment history for my mortgage is killing my credit, I had already tried to take care of this years past and the Mortgage company told me that is how they must report it, I just cant believe that, When I reported my car and reaffirmed that loan they didnt report it that way, So I basically have no payment history and my score is crap, I have some late payments on CC due to medical what can I do about this? and the late payments to the CC is there anything I can do about that too?

Thank you so much!

You need to discuss the matter with the attorney who filed your bankruptcy in 2001. What kind of bankruptcy did you file for? Was it Chapter 7 or Chapter 13? In chapter 7, it is necessary to list all the property to have the debts discharged.

It is possible to rebuild credit history within two years after filing bankruptcy. Make sure that all the accounts you had after BK are reported correctly by your creditors. The correct reporting on your accounts will help to boost your scores.
