I have filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in February 2013. Yesterday, I got a deficiency notice to file Individual Debtor's Statement of Intention. This is strange. I don’t have any secured debt. What should I do?

Even if you do not have any secured debt you are required to prepare, sign and file the form. Just indicate "none" in the first box that states "property", then date and sign the form and get it to the bk court. Keep a copy for your records.

If you do not have the form the below link will get you there. Change the reference from District of Arizona to whatever District you are in.

Well, maybe not as I tried it and it does not work. Hopefully you still have the form. If not, call the Clerk of the Court and see if you can download it from the bk court web site.
