What happens when you make a purchase on a credit card and then file for bankruptcy?

I believe that any transactions within 90 days of purchase and then filing bankruptcy cannot be included in the BK. I'm not 100% sure here, but I believe this is the case.

Consumer debts owed to a single creditor for luxury goods or services that total more than $500 and are incurred within 90 days of filing BK,
Cash advances of more than $750 obtained within 70 days of filing BK.

Recent purchases
If recent purchases on credit are not dischared during bankruptcy then will I continue making payments as normal?
