I can't decide what to do about my DEBT! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sure if I post this and it is incorrect I hope that someone corrects me :roll: but I think you have to file in the county that you live in.

I had the exact same fears. What really stinks is my boss loves reading that section of the paper! It is sad to say but there are so many people filing right now, your name may not even get noticed.

I changed my work # to my cell # before I stopped paying my creditors and never had them call my work #. The problem is, years ago I had put my mom on an application as a reference and guess what??? They called her a few weeks ago looking for me and she found out about my debt that way.

I know it is probably driving you crazy right now. It is a lot of stress to deal with. Keep looking on this forum and read the good, the bad and the ugly on all your options. You will find the best route for you. I did. :)

I had a friend file for divorce in another County but not sure about BK.

BK is a federal court action and is filed in federal court. Some papers follow the bk filings and print them. That's just the way it is.

I have good credit but way too much debt what kind of loan can I get to pay on payment, on rate is 14% can afford a $700 payment, just want low rates
