Please list what state you live in and the names and amounts of each loan, including any amounts you borrowed and any amounts paid. You will also need to indicate whether these or internet or storefront payday loans. There are many here who can help you in figuring what you actually owe, whether you've overpaid, as well as providing contact info that you will need to list these companies on your bk petition. Chances are you are not bankrupt especially if it is PDL's forcing you to think you need to file. I suspect you overpaid a portion of them already. Also if you are in KY then all internet PDLs are illegal in KY. If any of them are internet PDLs the contract is null and void. Your best bet is to list them all out as was suggested and many on these forums can help you figure out what is owed if anything.
