Yes! You can file for bankruptcy online in certain circumstances.
As you know the bankruptcy filing is done on 3 conditions.
Completion of information in the bankruptcy form.
Filing the ‘ From’ in the bankruptcy court.
These 2 things can be done through online procedure.
Attending the meeting with the officer who is inspecting your case.
You have to meet the officer in person. You cannot do this online.

you cannot physically go to the Court, and your district does not allow pro se electronic filing, the easiest way to file your case is the old fashioned way: Send the original and a copy of all documents along with a self addressed postage pre-paid return envelope either by US Mail or something like FedEx to the Clerk of the Court for your district.
