What happens if someone leaves bankruptcy middle way?


Your bankruptcy case will be dismissed. If you default on your payments or don't complete the process, your bankruptcy case will be dismissed instantly. The case will be terminated and your debts won't be discharged. If your bankruptcy case is dismissed for non-compliance with a court, then you have to wait for 6 months to refile.

Is it chapter 7 or chapter 13? Actually many people stuck themselves into this situation. But the fact is clear. If you do not complete the process, it will be dismissed. Once your case is dismissed, as per the law you can again file for bankruptcy after 6 months.
