How do I answer that if I live with someone and this person provides the food and pays utilities for the house, do I enter that in?

When you get there, enter your zip code to go to the next page. Then click on "means test calculator" in the top menu bar. Then, over at the right, under "help topics" click on "roommates & domestic partners: contributions to household income."
