Bankruptcy 13

I just went to my meeting of creditors yesterday and I was actually going to make a post about it! It was really no big deal. We got there, and went into a room with our lawyer. In the room, there was a staff attorney from the trustee's office, his paralegal I assume, and an intern. They went over our info-ssn, address, marital status, etc. They then asked how much money we made, etc. He then looked over everything and said this is your payment amount, do you want this taken from your check, etc.....and then they said our plan works so there was no need for us to go to the meeting of creditors. It was actually pretty easy. I was extremely nervous too but it was really no big deal. I think as long as you were honest about everything like your assets, you have nothing to worry about. Your lawyer if you have one will be there with you and that makes it a lot easier.
