payday loans and bankruptcy

im filing bankruptcy can i put pdls on it or will i get in trouble and do i have to wait for it to get on my credit report

I filed bankruptcy two years ago and I listed about 9 payday loans on there with no problem. I think there is a time limit though for them to be defaulted. It may be something like 60 or 90 days. None of my PDL's showed up on my credit report.

If they are internet payday loans they are illegal in most states. I paid all of mine off through a dmp, but only the amount which I borrowed, no interest or late fees. So far they have all quietly gone away.

i put mine in my bankruptcy in 2006.. i wish i had none they are prohibited in my state of i would have fought them. be careful, though - while many are illgeal, i dont think that most states prohibit them..
