Is it possible to get complete discharge from student loans through bankruptcy? Do I have to prove undue hardship or pass Brunner test. I have somehow came to know about this term. Can I get discharge from federal syudent loans too? I have personal student loan too.

Yes. You have to prove undue hardship and pass the Brunner Test in order to discharge student loans in bankruptcy. You have to show that you're in extreme financial hardship and that is likely to continue throughout the loan term. You also need to inform that you have tried to make payments to lenders in good faith.

Yes, however, you should talk to an attorney for advice. Bankruptcy is bit complicated subject.
