Anyone file separate from your spouse?

I filed chapter 7 seperately from my spouse. At the time I filed for chapter 7 we were seperated and I had custody of the kids. My income alone, including our temp child support order, was well below the amount needed for the means test. We did have a few, low dollar, assets which I had to 'give up' in my BK but since they were titled in his name only or jointly, the trustee did not make us sell them to pay off my creditors only.
Due to a problem with my mortgage company getting me the reaffirmation papers to sign my bk discharge date had to be pushed back one month but thus far I have not had any problems.
No sure what you wanted to know??
