Questions about home sale in 13

I recieved permission to buy a home about 2 years into my 13 bk. I have until feb of 13 until im done. I have a buyer for my house and will make some $$ if I sell. I filed in the middle district of FL, and my research tells me that I DO NOT need permission to sell my homestead.

I will not submit another tax return, i have lived here for more than 2 years, so no gains taxes, and wont even show on return anyways. What do I do?[/COLOR]
