It lists all my debt, and then next to the majority of them says "not filed"
I've paid $3000 something and about $2800 went to the attorney.

I filed in March.

I'm going to ask my attorney, as well but was wondering if anyone knew what this meant?

You need to sit down with your attorney and have a talk. As far as I can tell, 'not filed' would mean that the debts were not included in your filing process or they were but filing the paperwork for each debt is still pending.

It sounds like the report lists the debts you scheduled in your bk documents. It then shows that the particular creditor has or has not filed a claim as of the date of the report.

Creditors have to a date certain to file claims. If they don't the unsecured ones simply are not entitled to a distribution from the Trustee. If the claims bar date has not passed future reports should update to show which claims were subsequently filed.
