Judgement

I have a judgement agaisnt me that is going to be 7 years old at the end of the year. I called them to see if I could make some sort of settlement and the attorney said no way and actually raised the amount of the debt. It went from 15,000 to 27,000. I have no idea what to do now and I have to get this settle within 2 weeks time. I can't afford to hire an attorney to help me. Please help.
