lein on my car

Hello my name is charles weaver. My mother mary a weaver purchased a car and redemption funding came up as the lein holder. She is recently deceased and i am the next of kin to inherit the vehicle. However i can license or insure it until the lein is removed. I just need to know if i am connected with the right company. My phone is removed thanks for any and all help you can give inthis matter
