chapter 7 & means test

I was looking at means test for ch 7. and i have two questions . can i deducted from the means the weekly amount that comes off my pay check to pay for my health insurance ?
I also pay 160.00 per month for student loans , I know the student loans cant be included in bk. but i also detuct the monthly payment from means test to qualifiy for chapter 7 ?

Your health insurance payment will be figured into your means test. The student loans will, as well. There are several online means test calculators available. Not all expenses are allowed. There are caps based on family size. For example your food and clothing allowance are standardized numbers.

you said about standard detuction. we have a family of five , and i saw the were the detuctions went in , i also were they had standard allowences for tranportation, we own our cars but from what i read we can take an operating cost as detuction , is this also true???
