Chapter 7 Means Test

I have not been able to find anything that says that the self employed or those with rental property can take a pass on the means test. In fact, all of what I have been able to find has said that all income must be included in the means test calculation, especially self employment or rental income. I think so too. The means test form states that you don't include business or rental income when calculating deductions from income so that may be what he means.
