if i get out of chapter 13 early will it still be on my credit or will it no longer appear that i once filed chapter 13

One you file Chapter 13 bankruptcy, it will be shown on your credit report for 7 years from the date of filing. Chapter 13 takes around 3-5 years to complete its payment plan. If you're able to pay all your creditors even before the end of the payment plan period, you will receive discharge sooner. However, this doesn't mean that the listing will be removed from the credit report. It will be shown on your credit report for 7 years.
