Unaffirmed mortgage

My BK was discharged this past jan. Found out today that my mortgage never got reaffirmed even though my lawyer said it would be. My whole goal was to keep my house and build my score back up to hopefully refi in 2 yrs. So since my timely payments aren't being reported, how will a refi work if Bank of America isn't even on my credit report. I also have one credit card and not sure if this is enough to boost my score in 2 yrs time.

Same thing happened to me also I signed the reaffirmation papers and yet it wasnt done when I called the lawyer in my case they told me as long as I pay Id be fine and its 4 years and Im still in my home and my mortgage has since been sold to chase (great) but I noticed that they have been reporting my payments on my credit report.
But ony for the past couple months and no I hvent been able to refinance or obtain a loan.
