I have an important question. My step-dad pays alimony to his ex-wife and now he needs to file BK due to financial problems... What will happend now? He will have to pay alimony each month like he did it in the past years or not? I appreciate a quick response

Alimony is a court ordered debt...like child suport, bankruptcy

Alimony is a court ordered debt...like child suport, bankruptcy doesnt affect it.
