Bankruptcy filing and how to pay attorney fees

Hello Everyone:
I was laid off my job a few months back. My husband's income is barely enough to pay the house note, utilites and phone. I looked into filing bankruptcy but I don't have the money to pay the attorney fees. What options exist for me? I don't think I can use a low income attorney service because my husband income is slightly above the poverty level but all of it is going to maintain our basics (house, utilities, etc.).

Call different attorneys and see if they will take payments. So
