When you file for ch7 or ch13 how many years of tax returns do they usually look at and how many years of bank statements

I was going through my account register and i took out 21,000 during the last 14 months but honestly didnt hide i spent it im gona call lawyer tomorrow and see what he says and im doing taxes and im gona owe about 10,000 gs i would never spent so foolishly if i knew i was gona bk if i get denied i dont no what to do

We just filed last month. We had to bring the last 3 years Tax returns, last 6 months of pay stubs or proof of income and the last 6 months of bank statements.
