What is the meaning of BARF in Bankruptcy

BARF stands for Bankruptcy Abuse Reform Fiasco.

During 2005 the bankruptcy laws were amended to stop abuse of bankruptcy by the consumers to avoid debts. Now the consumers are required to undergo stricter qualifying parameters before filing BK.
