Will filing for bankruptcy affect my 401k ?
soaplady is right, 401k are exempt as long as you dont with draw
soaplady is right, 401k are exempt as long as you dont with draw the money. if you do withdraw any money you have to prove you spent it on necessities, it cant be used to pay any creditor.
