ch 7 after ch 13?

What is the best option for me---My husband and I filed Ch 13 Oct 09---he was recently deported out of US and now I am left with the condo I own which is underwater ---Is my best bet to file Ch 7 now? I have continuted to make payments to my trustee, but have failed to pay my mortgage and homeowners dues the last 2 months--please give me some advice as I'd like to make informative decisions and a 2nd opinon is what I need...Thanks
