my wife and i are 90,000 in credit card debt . she is out of work so we couldn't pay on them for 6 months now she received letter to that she is being sued ny Capitiol one . she has two accounts one is 2500.00 and the other is for 1500.00. it says she can plea and not show up but what will happen . she doesnt have a job and im not on cards with her. and will bk stop this .
