I am trying to find out how are the bankruptcy laws different in mexico,canada,uk,europe etc... how do they differ from the united states? is there different laws,chapters in each counrty that differs to ours in the united states?

The Chapters and statutes of bankruptcy may differ across different countries, but as far as the debts that are covered under bankruptcy (i.e the unsecured debts are only covered) and the exemptions are concerned, they more or less the same across these countries.
