I have 2 questions. 1) I had a vehicle repossed a couple of months ago and Wachovia is wanting the balance due after they auctioned off the truck. Do I list it as a unsecured nonpriority claim?
2) I have debt that has been turned over to a collection agency how do I show both on the Schedule F.

2) You can list them both on your schedule. For the collection agency, in the description section write "collecting for XXXXXX (Original Creditor)", put a 0.00 dollar amount and write "notice only".
