Does anybody know what Bankruptcy Technical Corrections Act is all about? Has it been passed?

The Bankruptcy Technical Corrections Act has been passed by both chambers of Congress and has been signed by the President in Dec 22, 2010. This Act makes technical corrections to federal bankruptcy law in regards to amendments made by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, with respect to public access to papers, the power of the court, waiver of sovereign immunity, automatic stay, debtor reporting requirements, etc.
