i got divorced and the house is in both our names. we are going to have to file bankruptcy on our house and our credit cards. can i file bankruptcy on my fiance's car that isn't in my name that is already repoed?
No. Apparently it is not your debt. Only your debt is listed
No. Apparently it is not your debt. Only your debt is listed in your bk. If you get married you can file a joint petition and he can include his debts.
