I have file for 13 bankrupty signed the papers friday 2-11-11. I have a lot of unsecured debt and 2 paydays loans one with cashnetusa which is licensed to do business in Alabama and the other one is everest cash advance which is not licensed in Alabama I have put both in the chapter 13 filing.Everest email me about a payment that is due on Friday 2-18-11.Already close my account.Should I email them about the chapter 13 filing with my lawyer name and telephone number and to contact him for further information.
