Can not afford ch 13 payment

I have filed ch 13 in 2009. It was a wrong decision since I am finding it difficult to keep up with the repayment schedule. I'd be glad to know what options I have if I can't make payments anymore.

Hello - I see that no one has responded to your question yet. I too am considering filing 13 but am afraid I won't be able to afford the payment. You might try the bkforum.com for help and more information. I have been reading and learning a lot about bankruptcy there. There are many people experienced and willing to help you with questions on that forum. Good luck
