mY 341 MEETING IS COMING UP ON A CHAPT 7 NO ASSETS

I may have a tax refund but I have not yet prepared my taxes for 2008 and the refund won't be large. Do they get my return "automatically" or if they don't mention it at the 341 (next week) can I just forget it or maybe get an extension on filing 2008 until August when my BK will be final. Which is the best way to go?
