I'm thinking of filling BK , I have a few questions , but here is my situation I have 80 k in CC debt , married with 4 childeren have two cars that are paid off but only worth 2500.00 per car. The house we live in now we bought two years with nothing down so we only have 2000.00 in equity in house. The big problem is we have a rental house that we really don't want the tenats moved out and trashed , but the house is worth less than what we owe , and we are behind in mortgage the two questions I have is it better to let the bank forclose on rental house or include that in BK. And will I be able to keep the house I live in now if I file BK . We are current on this mortgage.
