reaffirm?

I have recently filed for chapter 7 bk. the only things i own are two cars, one that i am returning to capital one and another one that has a titleloan on it that i want to keep. i know i can reaffirm this and it was in my petition, but do i have to do anything else to reaffirm the debt? do i contact titlemax or does my lawyer or the court? I live in alabama.

I believe your lawyer gets the reaffirmation agreement from the lender. You sign, and he will return it for you. That is what it looks like in the agreement that I got from my lawyer. Ask your lawyer about this. He would have the best info.
