Waiting on trustee

We filed a chapter 7 July 2008. We have already been discharged. Our taxes have been done and turned in to the trustee to see if they will keep any of our return. It has been over 3 months since the returns were given to the trustee. Is there a time limit they have to decide. This is taking almost as long as the actual discharge at this point.

Was it part of your case requirements that you turn over your 2008 tax return, even if your case was discharged in 2008? Or was it not discharged until 2009?
