creditor contacting me even though I filed Chapter 7
Weltman, Weinberg and Reis has been calling my house and leaving messages about an account with a company I've never heard of. Thing is, I listed WW&R on my schedules when I filed Chapter 7. It hasn't been discharged yet but will be soon. I thought it was illegal for them to contact me. Any suggestions on how this should be handled? I filed pro se.

let the trustee and the court know that they are contacting you still.they can get in real trouble for violating the stay.
