I am married, can i file for chapter 13 by myself and involve my wifes finances?
you can file bankruptcy by yourself however not sure what you me
you can file bankruptcy by yourself however not sure what you mean by my wifes finances?, do you mean her income to calculate the chap 13 payments? or do you mean include her debts in your bankruptcy?, ask your attormey about including her income not sure on that, as far as her bills she is still liable for those, including ones held jointly.
