hI SPOKE WITH LAWYER #2 TODAY HIS FEE IS $3500... THE FIRST LAWYER WAS $3000 I LIVE IN FLORIDA COULD ANY ONE SHARE THERE FEE AMOUNT'S??? tHANK YOU

I am considering filing a chapter 13 as well, the first company i spoke with is charging $3900 and the 2nd on is charging $3500. Ine only reason that we are considering is that one of the cars payment got behide do to lock of work the other one is up to date. Tried to nego with loan company of the car and they wanted almost $3000.0 we are just one year from paying off this car had it since 2005 and have being paying on time up until just recently. We were trying to avoid this step Chapter 13 be everyone said the only way to save the car is to go this route. the only other problem I have is that they have giving us a repament amount and we have not gone to court yet. The amount giving is still a little steep for us. How do we get the amount reduced down to what we can afford?
