I want to file chapter 7 , my question i haven't been able to pay on my cc in 3-4 months will this be a problem?

No, normally people choose to file bankruptcy when they can't keep up with their debts.
However, bankruptcy should be looked upon as the last resort. There are other ways available too to tackle the debt problem, namely-debt settlement, debt consolidation and debt management.
