does anyone know if you need to include unemployment benefits when doing the means test.
You need to include unemployment benefit in Part II of form B 22
You need to include unemployment benefit in Part II of form B 22A under column A and B only if the compensation received by you does not come under the Social Security Act. If your it comes under the SS Act, you need not mention it under Col A and B, but you need to mention it in the space provided for that purpose under Sl no. 9 of the form.
